Scott Mantecon
Scott is the owner and chief Inspector of Pacific West Home Inspection. His background is in Professional Photography emphasizing in Commercial, Architecture, and Residential Real Estate. From this training, he has a focused eye for detail that reflects in the thoroughness of the inspections he performs. Scott enjoys working closely with his clients to ensure they understand the workings of their home and provides them with the information they need to make confident decisions in the purchase or sale of their property.
Besides being certified from InterNACHI (International Association Of Certified Home Inspectors), Scott is also trained and certified from AHIT (American Home Institute Training).
InterNACHI's Buy-Back Guarantee
If I miss anything, InterNACHI will buy back and pay you whatever price you paid for the home–it's that simple. The Buy-Back Guarantee will be honored for 90 days after closing, and excludes homes with material defects not present at the time of the inspection, or not required to be inspected, per InterNACHI's Residential Standards of Practice.
